Well, they don’t have to anymore, as the Heartbeat singer revealed her fitness secrets in her interview with ET on Sunday. The 33-year-old singer attended the American Country Countdown Awards at The Forum in Inglewood.
“You don’t need that much,” Underwood shared. “I like free weights and a Bosu, and you’re in business. Maybe a medicine ball.”
Underwood also added that she does lots of squats and lunges to have perfectly-shaped legs and butt, and that she also likes to jog. But she jogs only when her knee allows her to.
“But just body weight stuff, push-ups, pull ups. It doesn’t have to be complicated.”

“The Don-A-Matrix Method is set up to resemble a sports game format consisting of four quarters. Each quarter has 3 sets of two different exercises, combined with rest or relief periods after each quarter,” Don himself explained to E! News.
And the greatest part about this method is that you lose weight while toning up the body. The method features planks but with a slightly unique variation of it:
“The plank is a favorite, but we take it to another level opening and closing the legs like scissors while at the same time raising and dropping the hips!”
So not only do you train your abs and core, but also the thighs, hips and your waist. And that’s Kourtney Kardashian’s favorite exercise.
